This was an evaluation of the prospects for a non-profit organisation that sought to bring the challenge of global climate change to the fore of both government and business agendas. A particular focus was knowledge sharing through the dissemination of best practice. The results of the assessment were used by the European donor to determine the level of future support that should be offered to the organisation concerned.
